The integration of photovoltaic (PV), energy storage, and charging piles enables the self-consumption of solar power, storage of excess electricity, and leveraging of energy storage for peak-valley arbitrage. This maximizes the use of peak-valley electricity pricing to achieve the highest economic benefits. The aim of this project is to address the challenges of high and low voltage charging distribution for new energy charging piles in the Southwest and nationwide, as well as the integration issues of new energy battery storage systems. It seeks to promote the overall coordinated development of new energy charging projects. Simultaneously, it can effectively support the implementation of the national initiatives for "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality," enforce energy conservation and emission reduction, and drive the healthy and robust development of the new energy vehicle industry. This will broadly propel the rapid development of the socio-economy and is beneficial to the growth of the entire new energy automotive industry.
