On February 22nd, in order to earnestly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on workplace safety and the arrangements made by the provincial and municipal authorities regarding post-holiday resumption of work and production safety, Liu Hong, Deputy Director of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center of the Economic and Information Bureau of Zigong City, along with Che Zhengde, Section Chief of the Safety Department of the Economic and Information Bureau of Zigong City, led a delegation to Wolun Electric for research and guidance. They were accompanied by relevant leaders from the Economic and Information Bureau of Da'an District.
Wolun Electric's Deputy General Manager, Zhong Jin, provided a brief report on the company's production operations, project planning and construction, as well as the first-quarter 'strong start' plan. Subsequently, the research team conducted investigations and provided guidance on the implementation of post-holiday resumption of work and production, workplace safety, and the 'six areas of focus' for resuming work and production, through reviewing documents and conducting on-site inspections.
During the subsequent discussion, Deputy Director Liu Hong affirmed the company's development trend and its stable and safe operation during the Spring Festival period. He emphasized that while resuming work and production, companies must strictly adhere to their safety production responsibilities and implement the 'six areas of focus' for resumption of work and production. He stressed the importance of strictly enforcing safety regulations and ensuring that every aspect of production operates in a standardized, rigorous, and orderly manner. This would pave the way for a strong start and vigorous efforts in seizing opportunities for the first quarter's achievements.
He also emphasized that relevant departments at all levels should adapt to the new situation of workplace safety production, strengthen communication and coordination with enterprises, effectively enhance the investigation and rectification of safety risks and hidden dangers, and focus on identifying and rectifying potential hazards. This would assist companies in addressing concerns, comprehensively improving their inherent safety levels.
Wolun Electric will strictly implement the 'six areas of focus' for resuming work and production after the holiday. Through conducting comprehensive safety inspections and providing safety education for all employees, measures such as developing plans for resuming work and production and emergency response will be formulated.
